The science behind it? The powerful benefits of meditation causes a re-wiring of your brain, helping you to adjust your reaction to the circumstances around you. This causes a thickening of the brain in some areas, and shrinks the amygdala (which is activated when you’re stressed). Meditation can literally reset your happiness point!
