Getting To Happy was started last year in the middle of the pandemic in 2020 by Shireena Shroff Mancharram ( Life and Happiness Coach).Each set contains a stand , and 31 cards, designed to be daily reminders to increase well-being and happiness. The activities and tips are science backed and when done with intention and effort, truly make you feel good.
Shireena, designed a set specifically for kids, so they could cultivate and find importance with the simple acts of doing things like saying sorry, sleeping well, stretching and writing letters.
